All delegate prices are per person and subject to VAT at 20%.

Online attendance also available

We appreciate that many people may not be able or feel comfortable with travelling and attending in person, so we are also making the conference available in an online format, to enable both authors and delegates to participate and contribute.

Your ticket allows you to attend either the in-person or online version, and you can switch your attendance preference until Monday 28 February 2022.

Please note this switch may result in additional VAT charges.

Covid-19 precautions for in-person attendance

We want to ensure that everyone associated with our events remains as safe as possible. We will therefore require an NHS Covid pass (for UK attendees) or equivalent from your home nation (for non-UK attendees). This will be checked upon your entry to the event.

A person 18 and over can obtain an NHS COVID Pass if one of the following applies:

  1. 2 weeks after completing a full course of vaccination, whether that requires 2 doses or one dose (i.e. 2 doses of the Moderna, AstraZeneca or Pfizer vaccine, or 1 dose of the Janssen vaccine).
  2. with evidence of a negative rapid lateral flow or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test taken within 24 hours of entry to a venue. A lateral flow test taken at home will need to be reported into the Government reporting system. gov.uk/report-covid19-result
  3. with proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
  4. Or other authorised identified documentation/ method of confirming COVID-19 status (e.g. for international attendees).

An NHS Covid Pass is part of our commitment to being a Covid safe and secure venue in line with our MIA Secure and ‘We’re Good to Go’ status.

Please note that we will not be keeping any record of your Covid pass on file.
