Visa letters

If you require a letter of invitation to assist with your visa application, you must register for the conference and make payment prior to requesting one. You can request a letter of invitation by completing this form.

Please note that you cannot complete the form without your registration confirmation number. Your letter of invitation will be sent the Friday following your request.
